Lifelong learning is the most powerful key in order to achieve success in labor market. Work and learning are integral to each other, and their connection helps to keep basic skills and improve the new ones.
The main idea of this project was sharing experience how to integrate people to the labor market by using non formal adult education as a tool. Project included activities for pedagogical staff – analyzing situation and challenges of different social exclusion groups in Lithuania, Latvia, Sweden and Iceland as long as learning methods how effectively work with adults and motivate them to broaden their horizons while getting non formal education.
