Short time joint staff training in Avellino, Italy

Short-term staff training in Avellino, Italy, November 25-December 1

From 25 December to 1 December in Avellino, Italy, a short-term training of staff was carried out within the framework of the project “Developing strategies for the development of adult skills for personal performance”. The training was organized by Italian partners from CONFORM – Consulenza, Formazione e Management S.c.a.r.l. and adult educators from Latvia, Sweden and Bulgaria participated in this training, sharing experiences and conducting seminars and workshops on various techniques and strategies to address social, financial, educational, communication, business issues, etc. problems that today’s adult is facing more and more often.
Each day was devoted to a group of partners (Bulgaria, Latvia, Sweden, Italy) where partners presented their strategies and techniques on this issue and shared their experience of using these methods in work and learning with adults.
The training included both theoretical lectures and practical training. All the practical exercises gave to real experience of problem solving. One day participants went on a treasure hunt with riddles or puzzles to solve. These clues brought partners to a new location throughout the town centre. This was a really pleasant way to get to know a little bit about the history of Avellino. After this tour the problem solving continued at the office where each group made up a story. A program called Adobe Spark was used to put together photos and text.
The last of practical challenges was to cook an Italian dish which was supposed to be tasted by a jury. The practical challenges were all carried out by groups with members of the different countries. Participants argue that it was great fun to socialize with of co-participants.
